This project is based on the concept of stress, burden and distress, responding to a problem that currently many people suffer every day for various and numerous disparate causes, ocasionándolas great suffering or even by generating multiple diseases. Stress is the tension caused by overwhelming situations that cause psychosomatic reactions (mental reactions or invisible diseases). Once again we find ourselves in the situation where individuals generally tend to believe that stress is caused by overwork and lack of time, but in reality, that's not the reason of stress.

 

This work has some autobiographical, since it is based on experiences and sensations experienced in first person, which led to try to collect and record both in writing and through sketches such perceptions. The starting point, as will be seen in the following points, started through previous personal art works where through quick sketches made by hand attempted to transfer the concept and experience of stress and agglomeration of ideas, which determined to rely primarily on the lines outlined to then deepen the understanding of the concept by studying the garment, and the idea collection in the studio setting within the fashion design, bringing a change their mentality.

 

But the intention of this work, as will be explained in detail on the objectives, goes far beyond the plastic work done, and it is therefore important part of himself communication with other people who show and express their conception of stress and burden in both personal life and in a garment usual. One purpose of this paper is minding people that feelings of stress currently living in a contemporary world with great facilities and a moderate society is not supported solely by external factors that influence our attitude, but we are the internally we generate that feeling and above all, that we "put" every day.

 

The main objective of the project is to link this expertise and forethought to instill artistic through Fashion Design. Through this way , it has been proposed to represent the feeling of being overwhelmed by items arising from various testimonies both in person as other subjects anonymous in order to discover a new perception through another type of material that represents the weight we carry the burden that occurs after recreating in the viewer or client, the same feeling , creating a collection of items that represent the burden of stress.

 

The end result , therefore , is embodied in a collection of 10 figurines in which the plastic material and functional mixes with reality , and where the difficulty of controlling a sense becomes part of the reflection , which determines a tool of approach to understanding a problem facing many people.

Este proyecto tiene su base en el concepto de estrés, el agobio y la angustia, que responde a un problema que actualmente padecen cada día numerosas personas por diversas y numerosas causas dispares, ocasionándolas un gran sufrimiento o incluso generándolas múltiples enfermedades. El estrés es la tensión provocada por situaciones agobiantes que originan reacciones psicosomáticas (reacciones mentales o enfermedades invisibles). Una vez más nos encontraremos ante la situación en que los individuos tienden en general a creer que el estrés lo provoca el exceso de trabajo y la falta de tiempo, pero en realidad, esa no es la razón del estrés.

 

Este trabajo tiene cierto carácter autobiográfico, dado que se basa en experiencias y sensaciones vividas en primera persona, lo que conllevó a intentar recoger y registrar tanto por escrito como a través de esbozos este tipo de percepciones. El punto de partida, como se verá en los siguientes puntos, comenzó a través de anteriores obras plásticas personales donde a través de

esbozos rápidos realizados a mano se intentó trasladar el concepto y experiencia de estrés y aglomeración de ideas, lo que determinó por basarse primeramente en las líneas esbozadas para luego profundizar en la idea del concepto mediante el estudio de la prenda de vestir, así como la idea de colección en el estudio de creación dentro del Diseño de Moda, aportándole un cambio

en su mentalidad.

 

Pero la intención de este trabajo, como se explicará con detalle en los objetivos, va mucho más allá de la obra plástica realizada, y por ello es parte importante de él mismo la comunicación con otras personas que muestren y expresen su concepción de estrés y agobio, tanto en la vida personal como en una prenda de vestir habitual. Uno de los fines de este trabajo es mentalizar a las personas de que la sensación de estrés que viven actualmente en un mundo contemporáneo con grandes facilidades y en una sociedad moderada no está apoyado únicamente por factores externos que influyen en nuestra actitud, sino que somos los que generamos internamente esa sensación y sobre todo, que la llevamos “puesta” cada día.

 

El objetivo principal del proyecto es vincular esta experiencia e inculcar la reflexión previa con lo artístico por medio del Diseño de Moda. A través de este camino, se ha propuesto representar la sensación de agobio a través de prendas que se desprenden de diversos testimonios tanto en primera persona como de otros sujetos anónimos con el objetivo de descubrir un nueva percepción

a través de otro tipo de material que represente el peso que llevamos tras el agobio que produce, recreando en el espectador o cliente, la misma sensación, creando así una colección de prendas que representan el agobio del estrés.

 

El resultado final, por lo tanto, se materializa en una colección de 10 figurines en las que lo plástico, lo material y lo funcional se mezcla con lo real, y donde la dificultad de controlar una sensación se hace participe en la reflexión, lo cual determina en una herramienta de acercamiento a la comprensión de un problema que sufren un gran número de personas.
